It sharpens straight blades: abandoned blade, planer blades, jointer knives, guillotine shearing knives, paper cutter knives, wood chipper blades and other long straight industrial cutting blades.
What is the maximum sharpening length of the machine?
Multiple working lengths optional, common models: 1000mm /1500mm /2000mm/3000mm. Custom length is available.
Is it automatic or manual feeding?
Automatic traverse feeding, the grinding head moves automatically along the blade; blade clamping is manual quick‑fix. PLC control panel for easy operation.
What material of grinding wheel does it use?
Standard with white corundum grinding wheel; diamond/CBN grinding wheel is optional for high‑speed‑steel & carbide blades. Grinding wheels of different materials are designed for different grinding blades.
How to fix the blade on machine?
Equipped with heavy‑duty clamping fixture. Lay blade flat, lock side pressing blocks, ensure blade tightly fixed before grinding. Magnetic options available.
