Friction drilling machine, making holes in metal in which the material is pushed out of the way with the aid of heat from friction.
The process is also called thermal drilling, flow drilling, form drilling machine, or friction stir drilling machine it is commonly used on bicycle frames, heat exchangers, and to create holes for thin wall of metal.
Flowdrill friction drill machine locally creates three times the material thickness, which can subsequently be tapped or use a thread forming screw.
Friction drilling machine allows customers to eliminate the use of standard fasteners such as rivet nuts and weld nuts.
