20 Apr 2021

When operating the wood planer, the precautions are as follows:

2. Clean countertops and workplaces.
3. Check the safety protection device and confirm the safety before starting.
4. When the planer is used to process wood, it is usually operated by one person. If the length of the wood to be processed is too long, two people are required to cooperate.
The operation methods are as follows:
1. When one person is planing wood on the planer, he should stand on the left side of the worktable in front of the planer, one foot in front of the planer, one foot in front of the planer, one foot in back, one foot in front of the planer, one foot in front of the planer, one foot in front of the planer, one foot in front of the planer, one foot in back, one foot in front of the planer, one foot in front of the planer, one foot in front of the planer, one hand in front of the planer, one hand in front of the planer, one hand in back, one hand.
2. When there is 100 mm left, the right hand should be raised to feed. After planing once, take the wood off the table and observe whether the processed surface meets the quality requirements. Generally, it can be planed after 1-2 times.
3. When planing adjacent surfaces, the left hand should press the wood to make it close to the guide ruler, so as to ensure that the angle between the planed wood plane and the side meets the requirements.
4. The wood should be planed along the stubble before planing. In case of counter stubble, knot, unsmooth texture, hard wood surface and unsharp planer, the wood will vibrate due to the impact of planer. The operator should appropriately slow down the feeding speed of planer or replace planer. Planing two adjacent vertical planes is the most common and common operation in planing. As long as the machine tool is adjusted properly, the operation posture is correct, the wood is close to the guide ruler, the plane is planed first, then the side is planed, and the plane is straight and square.
