Due to the discoloration of the glue of the hot-melt edgebander, black glue lines appear on the finished sheet after sealing, and at the same time it affects the bonding effect of the edge banding. Therefore, the edgebander should be cleaned regularly every three months during continuous use. .

There are two ways to clean the plastic box of the edgebander:

One is to manually scrape the inner wall of the plastic box to remove the decomposed and discolored residual glue out of the plastic box, clean the plastic box and replace it with new glue.

The second is to use a special cleaning agent for the plastic box. Firstly, most of the glue in the plastic box is cleaned out of the plastic box, and then the plastic box cleaning agent is poured into the plastic box. When the cleaning agent is melted, the plastic lifting shaft is started to make the plastic lifting shaft run. The residual glue in contact with the cleaning agent will naturally fall off, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning. Remove the fallen residual glue from the plastic box and replace it with new glue, and then you can continue to work.
